1. Digital Product Sales

Due to the nature of our products (digital software license keys), all sales are final. Once a license key has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure you review the product details and compatibility before completing your purchase.

2. Exceptions

We may offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery of the product: If you do not receive your license key after a successful payment, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • Incorrect product: If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days, and we will investigate the issue.

3. Requesting a Refund

a. You must be at least 18 years old and must confirm this.

To request a refund or resolve any issues, please contact us with your order details. We will respond within 3 business days to assist you.

You must be authorized by the laws of the country or state/province where you are located to join autosoftkey.com, view all content available on it, and use all the features it provides.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to block your account and prevent further purchases.
